What is ProxSeal?
ProxSeal is a premium solvent based acrylic sealer specially formulated to enhance the beauty, enrich the colours, and provide a durable, long lasting “wet-look” finish to exposed aggregate, stamped concrete, interlocking brick, brushed concrete and masonry block. It is easy to apply, and dries quickly.
ProxSeal is recommended for new and old concrete as a protective and decorative coating for driveways, walkways, patios, and interior areas such as garages. It provides a high gloss finish, which enhances the natural colour of the surface.

How to Apply
- Use a pressure washer to clean all dirt, oil and vegetation. For tough stains that cannot be removed by simple pressure washing, use CPT-450 degreaser. Let surface dry completely (24 hours without dampness).
- Apply with airless spray pump, or roller.
- If surface was sealed previously, choose a small area for testing by applying sealer on it. If needed strip old sealer using CCProtech’s PR 622.
- For fresh concrete, allow a minimum 7 day waiting period prior to applying sealer.
- If a glossier finish is desired apply a second coat. (two light coats is better than 1 heavy coat). Second coat can be applied 4 hours after first coat.
- Do not apply on surfaces that are exposed to direct hot sunlight.
- Do not apply in temperatures below 7°C and above 28°C. Do not apply if there is a risk of rain within 12 hours.
- Use CCProtech’s CPT-468 to clean equipment such as sprayers and rollers.
- Restrict foot traffic for 4 hours, and vehicle traffic for 24 hours.
Coverage
- Coverage is approximately 150 to 200 ft per gallon.
Caution
- Product contains flammable solvents, keep away from flame, spark and heat.
- Avoid eye and skin contact, wash thoroughly with plenty of cold water if product comes in contact with skin or eyes.
- Ensure adequate ventilation if using indoors.
- Keep container closed when not in use.
- Shelf life is 12 months if stored in a cool, dry location and is protected from freezing.
- Keep away from children.
